If a submitted domain qualifies as a disposable email provider according to our algorithms, it will be added to the database and made available to the network for querying.
6.2 Data Subject Rights

6.3 Roles and Responsibilities
Temp Mail Detector acts as a data processor for the domains submitted via the API.
API clients are data controllers with respect to end-user emails and are responsible for ensuring lawful processing, including obtaining necessary consents.

All stored data is maintained within the European Union.
Domain data is retained only as long as necessary for Service operation and legal obligations; full emails for account purposes are retained until account deletion or as required for billing compliance.

Temp Mail Detector implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure compliance with GDPR, including minimising data collection, access restrictions, and secure storage.
7. Limitation of Liability
